This wine is the right choice for all fans of this grape variety, because it has all the components that produce an excellent cabernet sauvignon. It has a typical ruby red color, aromas of berries, plum jam, mint, dark chocolate, and spices. Careful storage in wooden barrels brings forth rounded and fine tannins accompanied with a strong body.

Recommended food pairing: Istrian prosciutto, aged sheep cheese; also with all good red meat steaks.
