This wine has a deep ruby-red color. It is clear and thick. At first smell, it opens with the notes of berries in the form of ripe blueberry, followed by dark blackberry and then notes of vanilla, ground coffee, smoke, and dark chocolate. Th wine is warm and dry, of excellent minerality with a fine granulation of tannins and a balanced intensity of the taste duration. Strong-bodied, harmonious in aftertaste with notes of blueberry jam spread on the buttered toast.

Recommended food pairing: a piece of red meat – a juicy T-bone steak.

Massive on the palate and full-bodied, sumptuous on the nose, but harmonious and of excellent balance. It is deep dark and opaque red in color. It has a bouquet of baked cherries and prunes with sweet spicy aromas, like cloves and toasted oak. The taste is concentrated and intense, pleasantly warm, with jam-like forest berries, dried blueberries on the palate and tongue; its crispy acids creating a hint of freshness and firmly stringent tannins retronasally. Robust wine of mature character and strong taste, which has the potential for storage and development up to 15 years following the year it was picked.

Fruit notes of berries, cherry and paprika precede the tertiary notes of licorice, smoke, and dark chocolate. Iti s dry and warm, while being freshly tannic and tasty at the same time.

Recommended food pairing: game-based dishes, red meat with strong intensive sauces or chocolate pralines made of dark chocolate.

On the nose, it has a dominant, sumptuous bouquet of sweet spices of cinnamon, nutmeg and star anise, accompanied by the aromas of caramel, coffee beans and chocolate. On the palate, all-present baked cherries and plums with buttered bread crust. A powerful wine of silky tannins in a firm grasp with a strong body, leaving a lasting impression of the palate.
